Viramune is usually recommended for the use in managing HIV infection. You should use it together with other HIV drugs.
Viramune represents a nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor. It is aimed at blocking the HIV growth.
Viramune is not appropriate for people with allergy to its ingredients and with severe skin or liver reaction caused by this medicine. Patients who suffer from moderate to serious liver disorders should not be treated with this drug. Viramune does not interact with such medicines as rifampin, ketoconazole and St. John's wort.
