Sporanox Capsules is forbidden for people having allergy to some ingredient in the pills or are treating for some fungal infection of the fingernail or toenail. Do not use the medication if you have a heart problems history (including congestive heart failure) and if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant. The same is for the patients using an aldosterone blocker, astemizole, alprazolam, conivaptan , cisapride, dofetilide, an ergot alkaloid (such as ergotamine), some HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (like simvastatin, lovastatin,), levacetylmethadol (levomethadyl), midazolam, nisoldipine, nevirapine, pimozide, as well as quinazoline (eg, alfuzosin), quinidine, rifampin, rifabutin, terfenadine, triazolam, and also some 5-HT receptor agonists (eletriptan).
