You will also only benefit if you diversify your daily allowance with various nuts. Almonds and walnuts, also pecans, brazil nuts, cashews, and macadamias are all rich in Omega-3s, vitamin E, fiber, potassium and different minerals. They are also of assistance in preservation of your sexual health.

It will be even better if you quite your bad habits as alcohol and smoking are no good not only for your sexual health but for general well-being as well. Do not do harm to your blood vessels by doing these things. Erection needs your blood and vessel system to be healthy.
